Ingredients

med green pepper,cut into chunks

large onion,cut into wedges

tablesspoons vegetable oil

(14- 1/2 ounces)chicken broth
1/2 cup
pancake syrup
1/4 cup
cider vinegar

tablespoon soy sauce
1 can
( 8 ounces) pineapple chunks
2 to 3
tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 cups
frozen chicken nuggets,thawed
4 cups
hot cooked rice

Step-By-Step

1In a skillet saute green pepper,onion in oil until crisp-tender,remove and keep warm.add broth,syrup,vinegar
2and soy sauce to skillet; bring to boil. drain pineapple,reserving juice;set pineapple aside. combine cornstarch juice until smooth;gradually add to broth mixture.
3Bring to boil;cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened.
4add chicken nuggets;cook for 2 min.stir in pineapple and vegetables;heat through.serve over rice
