- 1 - med green pepper,cut into chunks
- 1 - large onion,cut into wedges
- 1to 2 - tablesspoons vegetable oil
- 1 can - (14- 1/2 ounces)chicken broth
- 1/2 cup - pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup - cider vinegar
- 1 - tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 can - ( 8 ounces) pineapple chunks
- 2 to 3 - tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 1/2 cups - frozen chicken nuggets,thawed
- 4 cups - hot cooked rice

Step 1In a skillet saute green pepper,onion in oil until crisp-tender,remove and keep warm.add broth,syrup,vinegar

Step 2and soy sauce to skillet; bring to boil. drain pineapple,reserving juice;set pineapple aside. combine cornstarch juice until smooth;gradually add to broth mixture.

Step 3Bring to boil;cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened.

Step 4add chicken nuggets;cook for 2 min.stir in pineapple and vegetables;heat through.serve over rice
