Step 1boil chicken in large pot,in another pot cook you rice according to directions.after chicken is done place chicken in baking pan.mix apricot deserves &catalina red french dressingmix well and spread over all the chiken.,bake about 30 min and plce rice on plate then chicken.i always garnish with pinapples
