cornstarch

eggs beaten
1/4 c

oil
SAUCE
3/4 c

white sugar
4 Tbsp

1/2 c

white vinegar

How To Make sweet & sour chicken

Preheat oven 325. Cut chicken into cubes heat oil, dip chicken in cornstarch first THEN beaten egg.

Just quick brown chicken either side, in heated oil. Put in 9X9 dish. Make sauce, pour over.

Put in oven. Stir coating chicken every 15 mins. Sauce really thickens on its own. In an hour it is done. Enjoy.
