Coat chicken with flour. Brown in hot oil. Arrange skin side up in shallow roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Prepare sauce. Add water to pineapple syrup to make 1 1/4 cup. Combine syrup, sugar, constarch, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger & bouillion cube
Bring to boil, stirring constantly 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered, 30 min. Add pineapple and 1 bell pepper, sliced. Bake 30 min longer.
