How To Make sweet and tangy oven-fried chicken thighs
-
Step 1In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, beaten eggs, and 2 tablespoons sweet and tangy seasoning, whisk together until mixed and blended.
-
Step 2Place chicken thighs in a bowl of cream mixture; mix well until combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
-
Step 3Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
-
Step 4In a shallow dish, combine flour, dry onion soup mix, and 2 tablespoons sweet and tangy seasoning; mix well with a fork.
-
Step 5In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, onion flakes, and remaining sweet and tangy seasoning; mix well.
-
Step 6Remove the chicken thighs from the bowl. Dredge piece by piece in the flour mixture, then coat with bread crumbs mixture or until all chicken thighs are coated.
-
Step 7Transfer into a prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
