  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    ginger fresh or ground
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4-6
    pieces, chicken boneless and skinless cut up into strips or cubes
  • 1
    green pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2
    onion sliced

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Chicken


  1. In a bowl Whisk together the first 6 ingrediants.
  2. Salt and Pepper chicken pieces. Heat oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken and brown until slightly pink or almost done.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce mixture, add the pepper and onion. Stir and simmer uncovered until sauce thickens. 8-10 minutes.
