This recipie is so easy and sooooo good. One of My families favorites!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 1 can pinapple chunks
  • 2 small green bell peppers & red bell pepper 1 each
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can slice mushrooms
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, light

How To Make sweet and sour pineapple chicken

  • Step 1
    Heat about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in lg. skillet. Add cut in chunks peppers and onions, cook until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside
  • Step 2
    Cut the chicken into chunks and fry until done. Add back the peppers and onion. Add the canned mushrooms and pinapple chunks. Add 2tbls. of pineapple juice from the can, soy sauce and sweet n sour sauce. Heat until hot. Serve with cooked rice. Enjoy
