Ingredients

  • 2 jar(s)
    your favorite sweet and sour sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 32 oz
    stir-fry vegetables, frozen
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 1 medium
    onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    tobasco sauce
  • 2 lb
    chicken, cubed
  • 1/4 c
    baby corn spears
  • 3 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 1/2 c
    pineapples, cubed

How to Make Sweet and Sour Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onions with oil till brown in large sauce pan. Add chicken and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Add the stir-fry vegetables, tobasco sauce and cayenne pepper, baby corn spears, and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Put 1/3 cup of water in a small bowl and stir in the cornstarch, and set aside.
  4. Stir in the cornstarch, and pineapple and cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly. Serve with rice or noodle. Enjoy.
