Sweet and Sour Chicken
2 jar(s)your favorite sweet and sour sauce
4 Tbspcayenne pepper
32 ozstir-fry vegetables, frozen
3 Tbspsoy sauce, light
1 mediumonion, diced
1 Tbsptobasco sauce
2 lbchicken, cubed
1/4 cbaby corn spears
3 Tbspcorn starch
1 1/2 cpineapples, cubed
How to Make Sweet and Sour Chicken
- Saute onions with oil till brown in large sauce pan. Add chicken and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the stir-fry vegetables, tobasco sauce and cayenne pepper, baby corn spears, and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes.
- Put 1/3 cup of water in a small bowl and stir in the cornstarch, and set aside.
- Stir in the cornstarch, and pineapple and cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly. Serve with rice or noodle. Enjoy.
