Grandma W made this with bone in chicken. I have made it with boneless, and chopped up and served on top of rice. Whichever way, this is really good!

  • - chicken pieces
  • - pineapple slices
  • 8 ounces russian salad dressing
  • 8 ounces apricot preserves
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make sweet and sour chicken, grandma w

  • Step 1
    Put chicken pieces in baking dish with pineapple slices. Mix together the dressing, preserves, onion soup and water and cover. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour, covered, add more pineapple slices and bake uncovered 30 min more.
