Sweet and Sour Chicken
5chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless cut into small bite sized pieces
1 cchicken broth
1 cwhite vinegar
4 Tbspsoy sauce
How to Make Sweet and Sour Chicken
- Cook chicken in a little oil and butter until lightly browned. Put into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add the chicken broth, ketsup, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook, stirring until thickened. Pour over chicken pieces. Cover with foil
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Enjoy...we sure do!!
