Sweet and Sour Chicken

10chicken wings, legs, breasts what ever you like

8 ozcrushed pineapple

2 Tbspcornstarch

3/4 cgranulated sugar

1/2 csoy sauce
-
1/4 capple cider vinegar
-
1 clovegarlic-crushed
-
1/2 tspginger
-
1/4 tsppepper
How to Make Sweet and Sour Chicken
- Heat oven 350. Place chicken skin side down in baking dish. Drain pineapple saving juice. Set pineapple aside. In saucepan combine pineapple juice,cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and pepper.
- Cook over med heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Pour over chicken in pan. Bake for 30 minutes basting often. After 30 minutes turn chicken skin side up and add crushed pineapple on top. Bake another 30 minutes basting often.
- You can serve over rice or noodles. We like it just the way it is.
