My husband,Jim and I lived aboard a 32 foot Grand Banks trawler for more then 12 years, it was great fun! I learned to cook using recipes that did not take a lot of ingredients because pantry space was limited. This recipe was a favorite and with white rice and green vegetable you had a wonderful meal with little fuss.

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 jar (12-oz) apricot preserves
- 1 bottle (8-oz) russian salad dressing
How To Make sweet and sour chicken

Step 1Spray a 9x9 shallow baking dish. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in baking dish.

Step 2In a bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

Step 3Bake at 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours.
