Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 - green onions chopped
- 1 8oz cans water chestnuts drained
- 1 cup baby corn spears cut up
- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 1/4 cup water
- 3-4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 20 oz boxes chicken broth
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
- - chow mein noodles
How To Make super simple chicken chow mein

Step 1Slice celery diagonally.

Step 2Place oil in pot and saute celery for about 8 minutes

Step 3Add sprouts, chestnuts, corn, onion and chicken

Step 4In a medium bowl combine cornstarch and water.

Step 5When well blended add chicken broth and soy sauce

Step 6Pour over chicken mixture

Step 7Bring to a boil and stir until sauce becomes thick.

Step 8Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes

Step 9Serve over chow mein noodles
