16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables - thawed and drained

cream of chicken soup

refrigerated biscuits
medium sized onion - finely diced

How to Make Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, stir together soup, vegetables, onion and chicken. Heat to boiling stirring occasionally. Spoon into ungreased glass baking dish.
  • 2Arrange biscuits over hot chicken mixture.
  • 3Bake uncoverd until biscuits are a light golden brown.
  • 4*HINT* You can take away 1 can of cream of chicken soup depending on your taste. Doing this will give you a thicker mixture.
