1 pkg16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables - thawed and drained
4 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 tube(s)refrigerated biscuits
1/2medium sized onion - finely diced
How to Make Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, stir together soup, vegetables, onion and chicken. Heat to boiling stirring occasionally. Spoon into ungreased glass baking dish.
- Arrange biscuits over hot chicken mixture.
- Bake uncoverd until biscuits are a light golden brown.
- *HINT* You can take away 1 can of cream of chicken soup depending on your taste. Doing this will give you a thicker mixture.
