Ingredients

  • 4 cans 13 oz each of chunk chicken breast in water - drained
  • 1 package 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables - thawed and drained
  • 4 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 - medium sized onion - finely diced

How To Make super easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, stir together soup, vegetables, onion and chicken. Heat to boiling stirring occasionally. Spoon into ungreased glass baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Arrange biscuits over hot chicken mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncoverd until biscuits are a light golden brown.
  • Step 4
    *HINT* You can take away 1 can of cream of chicken soup depending on your taste. Doing this will give you a thicker mixture.
