This is an easy supper to throw together and let cook on busy/time-crunched weeknights. My boys are 3 and 15 months and both of them eat this really well... making me love it even more! It is easy to substitute different veggies(broccoli,green beans, mixed veggies), or can even be made with boneless pork cutlets....just have fun with it and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
chicken broth
3 Tbsp
butter/margarine
3 c
stove top stuffing
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup with herbs
1/2 c
milk
1 15oz can(s)
sweet peas
24 oz
chicken tenders
1/2 c
shredded cheese

How to Make Super Easy Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine chicken broth, butter, and Stove Top in bowl and microwave 4 minutes.
  • 2In 2 qt casserole dish mix: cream of chicken soup, milk, and peas. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Cut up chicken tenders into bite-size chunks. Put in layer on top of soup mixture.
  • 4Sprinkle cheese in a layer on top of chicken chunks.
  • 5Fluff stuffing with fork and spread over cheese layer.
  • 6Bake uncovered at 350 for approx 45 mins.
