Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 package lipton savory herb and garlic soup mix
- 6 slices provolone cheese
How To Make sunken chicken

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees.

Step 2cook prosciutto until almost crisp Spray a 13 x 9 baking pan.

Step 3Add chicken to baking pan Top with prosciutto followed by spinach and mushrooms

Step 4In a bowl mix the wine, garlic, chicken broth, and herb and garlic soup mix.

Step 5Pour over chicken. cover lightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.

Step 6Remove from oven and top with cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
