Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 package lipton savory herb and garlic soup mix
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

How To Make sunken chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    cook prosciutto until almost crisp Spray a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  • Step 3
    Add chicken to baking pan Top with prosciutto followed by spinach and mushrooms
  • Step 4
    In a bowl mix the wine, garlic, chicken broth, and herb and garlic soup mix.
  • Step 5
    Pour over chicken. cover lightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Remove from oven and top with cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
