  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 c
    fresh spinach
  • 6 slice
  • 8 oz
    fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 1/4 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 pkg
    lipton savory herb and garlic soup mix
  • 6 slice
    provolone cheese

How to Make Sunken Chicken


  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
  2. cook prosciutto until almost crisp
    Spray a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  3. Add chicken to baking pan
    Top with prosciutto followed by spinach and mushrooms
  4. In a bowl mix the wine, garlic, chicken broth, and herb and garlic soup mix.
  5. Pour over chicken. cover lightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
