1In large skillet, heat half the oil. Add half the chicken and fry over
medium heat until browned on both sides. Transfer to a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Repeat with remaining oil and chicken. Add onions to same skillet. Cook over
low heat 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
2Preheat oven to 300. Stir in
remaining ingredients except chicken. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6
