stuffing and chicken bake (crock pot)

Given this recipe from a co worker...and love it thank you Stacia...

Ingredients

  • 6 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 pound swiss cheese
  • 2 boxes stuffing mix
  • 12 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

How To Make stuffing and chicken bake (crock pot)

  • Step 1
    Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot
  • Step 2
    Place cheese on top of chicken pieces
  • Step 3
    Pour mushroom and celery soup on top of chicken and cheese along with the milk
  • Step 4
    Pour uncooked stuffing mix on top of mixture
  • Step 5
    Melt 12 tablespoons of butter and pour over top of stuffing mix
  • Step 6
    Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours
  • Step 7
    I used montrey jack cheese you can use whatever cheese you would like whole or shred cheeses..also just adjust recipe accordingly if wishing only to cook 4 or less chicken breasts
