This is like chicken cordon bleu, with sauce. It is easy, and rally good.

    uncle ben's 3 cheese marinara cooking sauce
  • 6
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat
  • 6 slice
    mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slice
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive or vegetable oil

How to Make Stuffed Chicken Breasts


  1. On each breast put a piece of ham and a piece of cheese. Sprinkle with basil, roll up and secure with toothpicks. In large skillet, sear chicken breasts in oil. Add cooking sauce, cover and simmer until done, about 20 min. Serve on rice or pasta.
