Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes (plain or in oil) chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 pound prosciutto, sliced thin
- - olive oil
How To Make stuffed chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto

Step 1Make a pocket in chicken breast by cutting halfway through.

Step 2Place chopped sundried tomatoes and feta cheese inside pocket.

Step 3Fold top of chicken over filling, and wrap with at least 2 slices of prosciutto.

Step 4Brush a little olive oil over prosciutto, and place in a casserole dish that was sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 5Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 1/2 hour, or until done, (depending on thickness of chicken). Serve immediately and enjoy.
