  • 1 lb
    boneless, skinless, chicken breast
  • 1 c
    sundried tomatoes (plain or in oil) chopped
  • 1 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 lb
    prosciutto, sliced thin
  • ·
    olive oil

How to Make Stuffed Chicken Breast wrapped in Prosciutto


  1. Make a pocket in chicken breast by cutting halfway through.
  2. Place chopped sundried tomatoes and feta cheese inside pocket.
  3. Fold top of chicken over filling, and wrap with at least 2 slices of prosciutto.
  4. Brush a little olive oil over prosciutto, and place in a casserole dish that was sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 1/2 hour, or until done, (depending on thickness of chicken). Serve immediately and enjoy.
