How to Make stuffed chicken breast/ with spinch and goat cheese


  • 1pound chicken breast but not to thin put it to the side.meanwhile in a large skillet add olive oil get skillet hot add garlic onion spinich saute till spinch is soft and done while spinch is cooking put goat cheese in a bowl let it soften at rm tempture
  • 2add spinch mixture to the goat cheese mix well! set aside in large skillet saute muchroom sliced parsley peppers thinly sliced 2 tb olive oil till soft set aside
  • 3then get the chicken season with salt and pepper add spinch mixture to each chicken breast roll them up tie them tight with the string in a skillet saure on both sides to a nice golden color set aside
  • 4i same skillet add 3tlb of oil heat skillet get all them chicken parickles loose add flour stir to make a rou ass chicken broth add wine thicken the sauce add peppers and muchrooms put all in a baking dish cover till chicken is done around 1hr
