well i made this one night for a aparty and everyone was omg how you make this i want the recipe lol

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken breast filets
  • 1 package fresh spinich
  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 pound small porabell mushrooms
  • 2 large green bell peppers
  • 1 clove garlic/ minced
  • 1 small onion/ minced
  • 1 can chicken low salt broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley/ chopped
  • 1 - cooking string
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make stuffed chicken breast/ with spinch and goat cheese

  • Step 1
    pound chicken breast but not to thin put it to the side.meanwhile in a large skillet add olive oil get skillet hot add garlic onion spinich saute till spinch is soft and done while spinch is cooking put goat cheese in a bowl let it soften at rm tempture
  • Step 2
    add spinch mixture to the goat cheese mix well! set aside in large skillet saute muchroom sliced parsley peppers thinly sliced 2 tb olive oil till soft set aside
  • Step 3
    then get the chicken season with salt and pepper add spinch mixture to each chicken breast roll them up tie them tight with the string in a skillet saure on both sides to a nice golden color set aside
  • Step 4
    i same skillet add 3tlb of oil heat skillet get all them chicken parickles loose add flour stir to make a rou ass chicken broth add wine thicken the sauce add peppers and muchrooms put all in a baking dish cover till chicken is done around 1hr
