Sitting watching TV yesterday wondering how I was going to make chicken breast for dinner and this is what I desided on it turned out great.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large
    onion,
  • 4 slice
    bread (i used multi grain )
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery (diced)
  • 1 small
    tart apple (diced )
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp
    sage
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    rosemary, dried
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • BASE FOR CHICKEN BREAST

  • 1 tsp
    sage, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    rosemary
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter

How to Make Stuffed Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  1. Take one large chicken breast slice starting on long side to make a pocket .
  2. Mix all stuffing ingredients. Stuff into opening of chicken breast.
  3. Pour you last ingredients on top of breast.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Take out of baking dish let rest
  5. Make a thickener add to drippings in baking pan pour over chicken breast. Serve.
  6. Put all left over stuffing in baking dish and serve as a side.
