Sitting watching TV yesterday wondering how I was going to make chicken breast for dinner and this is what I desided on it turned out great.

Ingredients
- 1/2 large onion,
- 4 slices bread (i used multi grain )
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 1 small tart apple (diced )
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- BASE FOR CHICKEN BREAST
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary

How To Make stuffed chicken breast

Step 1Take one large chicken breast slice starting on long side to make a pocket .

Step 2Mix all stuffing ingredients. Stuff into opening of chicken breast.

Step 3Pour you last ingredients on top of breast.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Take out of baking dish let rest

Step 5Make a thickener add to drippings in baking pan pour over chicken breast. Serve.

Step 6Put all left over stuffing in baking dish and serve as a side.
