My new favorite easy dinner came from the back of the StoveTop Stuffing canister. I'm doing this from memory: Freezes well after it's baked.

prep time 10 Min
cook time 40 Min
method Bake
yield 6 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breast, cubed, raw **or**
  • 2 - pork chops, boneless, cubed, raw
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup will work)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (any kind you like)
  • 1 can green beans, juice drained **or**
  • 1 cup chopped frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix **or**
  • - crushed crackers

How To Make stovetop stuffing chicken bake

  • Step 1
Mix all ingredients together **except for the stuffing or cracker crumbs** and put in a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Step 2
Top with 2 cups of stuffing prepared as on cannister (with a bit of water ). You could also used left over dressing/stuffing from the holidays. I have used crushed Cheese Nips instead of the stuffing. Ritz or any crushed crackers would do.
  • Step 3
Bake 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Step 4
This is super easy and everyone loves it. Very flexible to change up the meat, soup, cheese and even the topping.
