1 boxstove top stuffing, chicken, low sodium
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)corn, undrained
1 can(s)milk (just fill the cream of chicken soup can with milk)
1 lbchicken breast, cooked & shredded (could use a large can, as well)
How to Make Stove Top Chicken Casserole
- Mix all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl until the juices are well mixed with the Stove Top.
- Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- This would also be good with cheese. A coworker told me (after I made it) that her mom made something similar with Swiss Cheese and minus the corn.
