How to Make Stove Top Chicken Casserole
- 1Boil chicken breasts with celery for 30 minutes or until tender. Cool and save broth.
- 2Cut Chicken into small pieces. Butter 9 x 13 pan. Tear up chicken for first layer in pan. Mix soup and ½ cup broth. Pour over chicken layer
- 3Mix stuffing, butter and ½ cup broth. Spread over soup layer. Pour milk over stuffing mix and cover with foil.
- 4Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
