ground ginger

How to Make Stir Fry Ginger Chicken


  • 1In electric skillet or wok over medium heat in 2 tablespoons butter, stir-fry chicken until completely browned.
  • 2Remove from pan.
  • 3In same pan in remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables and garlic until tender.
  • 4In a bowl, combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger until smooth.
  • 5Add to vegetables with cooked chicken.
  • 6Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  • 7Serve over rice or noodles.
