Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6
    chicken breast filets
  • 2 c
    broccoli, chopped
  • 1.5 c
    snow peas
  • 1/2 c
    water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1.5 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 5/8 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce

How to Make Stir Fry Ginger Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. In electric skillet or wok over medium heat in 2 tablespoons butter, stir-fry chicken until completely browned.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. In same pan in remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables and garlic until tender.
  4. In a bowl, combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger until smooth.
  5. Add to vegetables with cooked chicken.
  6. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles.
