My mom has been making this for the family since I was a kid. Had it for dinner the other night, so I decided to post it!

Ingredients For sticky chicken wings

  • 1 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1 pkg
    chicken wings and drummettes (about 20-25 pieces)

How To Make sticky chicken wings

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 9 x 13 pan or roasting pan, place chicken wings and drummettes.

    Melt butter over medium heat in sauce pan. Add all other ingredients except chicken. Mix thoroughly until brown sugar is melted.

    Poor mixture over chicken and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken juices run clear.

    (optional) After cooked, pour some of the sauce over cooked rice for an easy side dish.
