A friend of mine sent me a magazine from a store she goes to and this sauce recipe caught my eye and we just had to try it. I think it would be great on chicken wings also.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons aji-mirin sweet rice wine
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce--or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic-minced

How To Make sriracha ribs

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and use to baste baby back ribs or chicken wings during the last 15 minutes of grilling time.
