Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 3/4 cup flour
- 5 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, cracked
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make sriracha hot wings

Step 1Heat your deep fryer to 375 with peanut oil.

Step 2Place chicken into a plastic bag with flour and shake until wings are covered. You may need to do this in a couple of batches.

Step 3Place half the wings gently into the deep fryer and cook eight to 10 minutes until light golden.

Step 4Remove to a plate lined with paper towels and repeat with the second set of wings.

Step 5Meanwhile in a large bowl combine sriracha, honey, sesame oil, butter, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Step 6Add fried wings to bowl and toss to coat.

Step 7Place on a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes on 350.
