3 lb
chicken wings
3/4 c
5 Tbsp
sriracha hot sauce
2 Tbsp
2 1/2 Tbsp
melted butter
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
2 tsp
sesame seeds
1 tsp
black pepper, cracked
1 tsp
sea salt

1Heat your deep fryer to 375 with peanut oil.
2Place chicken into a plastic bag with flour and shake until wings are covered. You may need to do this in a couple of batches.
3Place half the wings gently into the deep fryer and cook eight to 10 minutes until light golden.
4Remove to a plate lined with paper towels and repeat with the second set of wings.
5Meanwhile in a large bowl combine sriracha, honey, sesame oil, butter, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
6Add fried wings to bowl and toss to coat.
7Place on a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes on 350.
