Great chicken heat with some heat and sweet! Serve with brown rice and a vegetable stir fry.

  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger, grated
  • 2
    limes, juiced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    sriracha sauce
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, chopped finely
  • 3 lb
    chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • ·
    corn starch

How to Make Sriracha Honey Lime Chicken


  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken and cornstarch to make marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in ziploc bag. Add marinade to chicken and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove meat from marinade and reserve juices.
  4. Grill chicken on medium high heat.
  5. Take 1/4 c reserve marinade and set aside. Bring remaining juices to a boil. Boil 3 minutes.
  6. To 1/4 c reserve marinade, whisk 1-1/2 t cornstarch. Whisk this into boiling mixture and allow to thicken. Remove from heat.
  7. Using basting brush, apply thickened marinade to grilled chicken and complete grilling.
