sriracha honey lime chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 - limes, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped finely
- 3 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- - corn starch
How To Make sriracha honey lime chicken

Step 1Combine all ingredients except chicken and cornstarch to make marinade.

Step 2Place chicken thighs in ziploc bag. Add marinade to chicken and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Remove meat from marinade and reserve juices.

Step 4Grill chicken on medium high heat.

Step 5Take 1/4 c reserve marinade and set aside. Bring remaining juices to a boil. Boil 3 minutes.

Step 6To 1/4 c reserve marinade, whisk 1-1/2 t cornstarch. Whisk this into boiling mixture and allow to thicken. Remove from heat.

Step 7Using basting brush, apply thickened marinade to grilled chicken and complete grilling.
