Sriracha-Glazed Chicken Wings
1/4 csoy sauce
2 Tbspwhite vinegar
1 Tbspsriracha sauce (can add more if you like a hotter sauce)
1 1/2 tspgrated peeled fresh ginger
1 tspfinely chopped or grated garlic
1 1/2 tsptoasted sesame oil
1 1/2 lbchicken wings, cut in half at joint (wing tips removed) or drumsticks.
How to Make Sriracha-Glazed Chicken Wings
- In a bowl whisk together all ingredients except for chicken.
- Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes, tossing wings ever so often. Can also put into frig and marinate for a longer time. I gave mine about 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and dump chicken and sauce on it. Bake until chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens, 30 to 45 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through cooking time. Enjoy!
