1 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small cubes
1 Tbsp
sriracha sauce
64 oz
chicken broth
4 clove
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
lemongrass paste
1 Tbsp
chili paste
1 tsp
grated ginger
2 pkg
oriental flavored ramen noodles
1 c
shiitake mushrooms stemmed and sliced
green onions chopped
1 c
cilantro chopped
2 small
limes juiced

How to Make Sriracha Chicken Ramen


  • 1Mix the chicken and Sriracha sauce together until well coated. Saute the chicken in oil until browned and almost done. Set aside.
  • 2Add the chicken stock garlic, lemongrass paste, chili paste, ginger, soy sauce, and the seasoning packets from ramen noodles together in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the ramen noodles and cook 4 minutes. Stir in the chicken.
  • 3Add the lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
