Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 64 ounces chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemongrass paste
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 packages oriental flavored ramen noodles
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms stemmed and sliced
- 4 - green onions chopped
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 small limes juiced
How To Make sriracha chicken ramen

Step 1Mix the chicken and Sriracha sauce together until well coated. Saute the chicken in oil until browned and almost done. Set aside.

Step 2Add the chicken stock garlic, lemongrass paste, chili paste, ginger, soy sauce, and the seasoning packets from ramen noodles together in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the ramen noodles and cook 4 minutes. Stir in the chicken.

Step 3Add the lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
