  • 5 ounces fresh spinach, cookd w 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzerella, shredd
  • 5-6 slices sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paparika
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasonn
  • 1 teaspoon salt n pepper plus 1/2 tsp of salt n pepper for mixture

    MAKE POCKETS IN EACH CHICKEN BREAST SEASON W SALT N PEPPER INSIDE. IN A BOWL COMBINE SOFTND CREAM CHEESE, COOKD SPINACH, PARM CHEESE, MOZZERELLA, SUNDRIED TOMATOES, 1/2 tsp EACH OF BLK. PEPPER N SALT.
  • Step 2
    SPOON MIXTURE INTO EACH CHICKEN POCKET N SECURE WITH A FEW TOOTHPICKS. IN A SMALL DISH MIX PAPARIKA, ITALIAN SEASONN, 1 TSP OF SALT N PEPPER THEN SPRINKLE BOTH SIDES OF CHICKEN BREAST.

    IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP 2 TBLSPNS OF OLIVE OIL N COOK CHICKEN BREASTS 10 MIN ON EACH SIDE...PARTIALLY COVERD W/LID
