spinach chicken wraps

Sometimes, eating tasty and reasonably healthy can go hand in hand. Spinach and chicken anchor this dish, but mozzarella cheese and Caesar dressing add the flavor (at the expense of calories). This is a great way to get the kids to eat spinach and to enjoy chicken.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
The flavor of these are terrific! I did a little experimenting and tried baking some in the oven and leaving some "raw". I much preferred the raw ones, as they were a little less soggy. Give it a try and see what you think!
