How To Make spinach chicken bowtie salad (spicy is optional)

  • Step 1

  • Step 2
add olive oil to skillet , heat on medium
  • Step 3
cook chicken thoroughly ...cover so it cooks faster and stays juicy, then uncover last 10 min, let cool, pat excess oil off, set aside

rinse and chop spinach, set aside
  • Step 5
bring water to boil in a 2 quart pot, add package of pasta, *usually the pasta package has directions on how to cook it...
  • Step 6
add few pinches of salt , and a few dashes of olive oil
  • Step 7
boil for 7 min uncovered or until tender. (al dente)
  • Step 8
strain the pasta and add the bottle of creamy ceaser dressing.....
  • Step 9
mix in spinach and chicken, add the Parmasean Cheese then toss salad and serve... (I like to chill it and have a nice cold pasta salad)
