- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 medium shallots chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 24 - chicken wings or 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup cilantro chopped for garnish

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except for cilantro. Let marinate at least 4 hours or overnight. Pour into a hot pan and cook until chicken is done. Garnish with cilantro
