Ingredients
- 6 ounces chicken, cooked and cubed
- 7 ounces vermicelli, uncooked
- 2 large bell pepper, chopped
- 2 pounds onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cans spicy tomatoes with jalapenos
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make spicy tomato chicken

Step 1Cook and season chicken. Save 1-1/2 quarts broth.

Step 2Cook spaghetti in broth; drain, but do not rinse.

Step 3In dutch oven or heavy pan; saute pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms in butter. Add tomatoes.

Step 4Simmer for about 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Step 5Add spaghetti, chicken and cheese.

Step 6Let simmer for another 15 or 20 minutes until cheese melts and everything is bubbly.

Step 7Note: Flavors blend better if this is prepared a day ahead of time and refrigerated.
