spicy tomatoes with jalapenos

worcestershire sauce

cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make Spicy Tomato Chicken


  • 1Cook and season chicken. Save 1-1/2 quarts broth.
  • 2Cook spaghetti in broth; drain, but do not rinse.
  • 3In dutch oven or heavy pan; saute pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms in butter. Add tomatoes.
  • 4Simmer for about 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  • 5Add spaghetti, chicken and cheese.
  • 6Let simmer for another 15 or 20 minutes until cheese melts and everything is bubbly.
  • 7Note: Flavors blend better if this is prepared a day ahead of time and refrigerated.
