This is fast and easy dish that is delicious. I couldn't find Garden Gourmet Thai Seasoning so I used a little Garden Gourmet Lemongrass with some ground coriander and used a little extra garlic, ginger, and chili. Turned out great. Yum

chicken thinly sliced
2 Tbsp
gourmet garden thai seasoning
3 tsp
gourmet garden garlic
1 tsp
gourmet garden chili pepper
8 oz
thai kitchen rice noodles
1 Tbsp
1 c
shredded carrots
1 bunch
scallions chopped
2/3 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
brown sugar
4 tsp
gourmet garden ginger
lime juiced
2 tsp
sesame oil
fresh cilantro for garnish

How to Make Spicy Thai Chicken Noodle Bowl


  • 1Mix the chicken with the Thai seasoning, Garlic and chili pepper. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Can leave overnight.
  • 2Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
  • 3Heat oil in large skillet. Add the chicken and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Stir in the scallions and cook 2 minutes.
  • 4Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour over chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir in the carrots. Heat through and serve garnished with cilantro.
