spicy thai chicken noodle bowl
This is fast and easy dish that is delicious. I couldn't find Garden Gourmet Thai Seasoning so I used a little Garden Gourmet Lemongrass with some ground coriander and used a little extra garlic, ginger, and chili. Turned out great. Yum

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons gourmet garden thai seasoning
- 3 teaspoons gourmet garden garlic
- 1 teaspoon gourmet garden chili pepper
- 8 ounces thai kitchen rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 bunch scallions chopped
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons gourmet garden ginger
- 1 - lime juiced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make spicy thai chicken noodle bowl

Step 1Mix the chicken with the Thai seasoning, Garlic and chili pepper. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Can leave overnight.

Step 2Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.

Step 3Heat oil in large skillet. Add the chicken and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Stir in the scallions and cook 2 minutes.

Step 4Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour over chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir in the carrots. Heat through and serve garnished with cilantro.
