This is fast and easy dish that is delicious. I couldn't find Garden Gourmet Thai Seasoning so I used a little Garden Gourmet Lemongrass with some ground coriander and used a little extra garlic, ginger, and chili. Turned out great. Yum

  • 1 lb
    chicken thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    gourmet garden thai seasoning
  • 3 tsp
    gourmet garden garlic
  • 1 tsp
    gourmet garden chili pepper
  • 8 oz
    thai kitchen rice noodles
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1 bunch
    scallions chopped
  • 2/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 4 tsp
    gourmet garden ginger
  • 1
    lime juiced
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • ·
    fresh cilantro for garnish

How to Make Spicy Thai Chicken Noodle Bowl


  1. Mix the chicken with the Thai seasoning, Garlic and chili pepper. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Can leave overnight.
  2. Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet. Add the chicken and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Stir in the scallions and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour over chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir in the carrots. Heat through and serve garnished with cilantro.
