This is fast and easy dish that is delicious. I couldn't find Garden Gourmet Thai Seasoning so I used a little Garden Gourmet Lemongrass with some ground coriander and used a little extra garlic, ginger, and chili. Turned out great. Yum

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gourmet garden thai seasoning
  • 3 teaspoons gourmet garden garlic
  • 1 teaspoon gourmet garden chili pepper
  • 8 ounces thai kitchen rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 bunch scallions chopped
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons gourmet garden ginger
  • 1 - lime juiced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • - fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make spicy thai chicken noodle bowl

  • Step 1
    Mix the chicken with the Thai seasoning, Garlic and chili pepper. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Can leave overnight.
  • Step 2
    Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil in large skillet. Add the chicken and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Stir in the scallions and cook 2 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour over chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir in the carrots. Heat through and serve garnished with cilantro.
