(2 RATINGS)
Most of my recipes are accidental, and I think I prefer it that way- Makes for some great culinary surprises, and sometime getting rave reviews you didn't expect at the dinner table. :D

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups soy sauce
- 5-6 dashes onion powder
- 5-6 dashes garlic powder
- 2-3 dashes crushed red pepper flakes
- 2-3 cups water
- 2-6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
How To Make spicy soy sauce chicken
-
Step 1Take a large, deep pot, and fill it halfway with water. Drop whatever chicken you want to cook into the pot, and boil it until done. (It sounds odd, but I learned this trick from a butcher.)This is the bulk of the prep work.
-
Step 2Take the boiled chicken breasts out, and put them into a large frying pan. Add 2-3 cups of water. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Add 2-3 cups of soy sauce.
-
Step 3Turn the stove on to high, and let simmer for about 40 min, turning and adding water as necessary. (The key is to put enough soy sauce in that when the sauce boils down, you can add water without risk of weakening the flavor.)
-
Step 4Enjoy!
