Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 6 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (i would make 1 t or none at all)
- 4-6 - boneless skinless chicken breasts

Step 1Whisk together all but chicken. Place chicken in gallon ziplock. Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag and refrigerate 2-4 hours. Remove chicken, grill 12-15 min until done.

Step 2Note: Reserve 1/4 c marinade to brush on chicken before taking off grill if you want spicier. Can use any cut of chicken you prefer, tenders, breasts, thighs, drumsticks.

Step 3To cook inside, cook in skillet 3-4 min per side. Put on cookie sheet and cook at 400 degrees 10 min. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
