Spicy pecan and smoked chicken quesadilla

212 in. whole wheat tortillas
2 cfresh spinach leaves
1/3 ccaramelized red onions
10 ozsmoked chicken diced small
1/2 cshitake mushrooms sliced and sauted
1/3 cspicy pecan peaces
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Spicy pecan and smoked chicken quesadilla
- Sauted spinach and set aside.Slice mushrooms and saute them and set aside.
dice smoked chicken and set aside.
- Caramelize red onion with a little brown sugar,balsamic vinagar. Drain and set aside.
- Next take the pecans and mix with 1t sugar,1t blackened seasoning,and 1t honey and saute until heated well. then set asid to cool.
- Then take half the ingredients and place it on half the tortilla and fold it in half.
Cook on the grill or in a large saute pan on med heat until hot.cut each into 4 peaces.
