spicy parmesan wings
My husband and kids really love wings so I decided to try something different, and this is what I came up with. They are like potato chips you can't eat just one.

Ingredients
- 6 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup butter, melted
How To Make spicy parmesan wings
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
-
Step 2Cut and discard the pointy tips of the wings and cut the drumstick at the joints.
-
Step 3Combine the parmesan cheese and all the spices in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl or dish place the melted butter.
-
Step 4Dip the wings in the butter and then dredge in the parmesan mixture and place on baking sheet. Any leftover parmesan mixture I usually just throw over the wings.
-
Step 5Bake wings for 1 hour.
