My husband and kids really love wings so I decided to try something different, and this is what I came up with. They are like potato chips you can't eat just one.

Ingredients

  • 6 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup butter, melted

How To Make spicy parmesan wings

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
  • Step 2
Cut and discard the pointy tips of the wings and cut the drumstick at the joints.
  • Step 3
Combine the parmesan cheese and all the spices in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl or dish place the melted butter.
  • Step 4
Dip the wings in the butter and then dredge in the parmesan mixture and place on baking sheet. Any leftover parmesan mixture I usually just throw over the wings.
  • Step 5
    Bake wings for 1 hour.
