Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    turkey or chicken meatballs
  • 1 bottle
    franks red hots wing sauce
  • 1 pkg
    no yolk egg noodles
  • 1 pkg
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make spicy meatball casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Place meatballs and wing sauce in stock pot. Will need enough space to be able to stir meatballs. Cook on medium-medium high for a low bubble. Stir and cover. Cook for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare egg noodles and veggies per package directions. Drain noodles and place in a casserole dish with veggies. Take meatballs and ladle into noodles with sauce. Toss together. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Place in oven on 425 degrees to brown cheese.
