- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup lemon grass white and pale green parts only minced
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 3 thai chilies
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 scallion sliced for garnish
How To Make spicy lemongrass chicken

Step 1Place all ingredients except scallions in a crock pot. cook on high for 3 hours. Remove the Thai chilies if desired. Serve over rice and garnish with scallions
