Ingredients

  • 4
    green onions
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, seeded
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 6
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

How to Make Spicy Hot Caribbean Chicken Marinade

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients except chicken in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour over chicken and marinade for 2-6 hours.
  3. No longer than 6 hours.
  4. Grill chicken and brush with marinade.
  5. Note: You can use serrano chiles instead of jalapenos.
