chicken (i use skinless)
1Combine peppers with poultry seasoning, paprika and dry mustard. Rub on chicken, evenly.
2Combine flour with garlic salt, salt and celery salt in plastic bag (1 gallon Glad or Wal-Mart bag). Shake chicken pieces, 2 or 3 at a time, in seasoned flour till well coated.
3Melt Crisco in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken. Fry for 30 minutes or until done. Serve and enjoy!
