spicy chipolte marinade

My husband loved it, but I used almost 3 chipoltes and it was a bit too spicy for him. So I scaled it back to make it more pleasing to the pallet. I hope you enjoy it :)

Ingredients
- 1-2 - chipoltes in adobo sauce
- 1/2 - shallot, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon red curry powder
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 - lime, juiced
- zest - 1/2 of the lime
- zest - 1/2 of an orange
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons vegtable or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (optional)
How To Make spicy chipolte marinade

Step 1Chop chipoltes, shallots and garlic into small pieces. Place in a bowl, add the other dry ingredients,zest 1/2 the lime and 1/2 the orange, squeeze the juice from 1 lime add the oil and the salt and pepper and whisk together. You can add the adobo sauce after you whisk it together if you want a little more kick to the marinade.

Step 2Pour marinade in a plastic resealable bag add meat and marinade for 1-2 hours. Enjoy :)
