Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 - chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 can bamboo shoots, diced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon scallion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
How To Make spicy chicken

Step 1Bone chicken and cube it.

Step 2Mix sherry, soy sauce and corn starch.

Step 3Marinate chicken in cornstarch mixture for 15 minutes.

Step 4Heat oil.

Step 5Add chicken cornstarch mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 6Remove chicken.

Step 7Add bamboo shoots, hoison sauce, scallion, ginger and crushed red peppers.

Step 8Stir well, then add chicken and serve.
