1 can(s)(10 0z) tomatoes and green chilies, diced

1 1/3 cwater

2 pkg(6 oz) cooked southwest chicken strips

1 pkg(12 oz) velveeta macaroni shells and cheese

1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Spicy Chicken Mac
- chop chicken into bite sized pieces. in a large skillet, add macaroni, chicken, tomatoes and water. mix well.
- bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium low. cover and simmer 9-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- remove from heat and stir in cheese from mac and cheese package and sour cream until well blended.
- top with shredded cheese, additional sour cream and salsa, if desired.
