Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (10 0z) tomatoes and green chilies, diced
  • 1 1/3 c
    water
  • 2 pkg
    (6 oz) cooked southwest chicken strips
  • 1 pkg
    (12 oz) velveeta macaroni shells and cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    salsa

How to Make Spicy Chicken Mac

Step-by-Step

  1. chop chicken into bite sized pieces. in a large skillet, add macaroni, chicken, tomatoes and water. mix well.
  2. bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium low. cover and simmer 9-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  3. remove from heat and stir in cheese from mac and cheese package and sour cream until well blended.
  4. top with shredded cheese, additional sour cream and salsa, if desired.
