- 1 can low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 - skinless chicken thighs
How To Make spiced chicken & mushroom curry

Step 1Saute onions,for 2mins,stirring.

Step 2add mushrooms,cover and reduce heat,cook a further 3mins.

Step 3add curry and cook 30secs,stirring.

Step 4stir in soup until well blended.

Step 5add chicken and spoon mixture over.cover and bake in 350 oven for 11/4hrs.
